Services & Amenities
At Marvel Way, we’re bringing our residents the services that help them most, in the most convenient place possible – just down the hall.
Marvel Way is bridging the gap between treatment center support and independent living. What does that look like? While little is required of our residents (beyond maintaining sobriety), we offer a wide range of amenities and services for all who feels they’d benefit. We understand that a new apartment is a fresh start and are passionate about helping our residents succeed.
Our Units
Each unit features modern energy efficient kitchen appliances, climate control systems, bathroom fixtures, and onsite parking. What’s more, to ease the transition into independent living, all utilities – including internet – are included in rent.

What’s Next?
Our biggest Phase II news is all about our supportive services. In addition to providing 46 new affordable housing units, Marvel Way and The Empowerment Center look forward to opening an onsite medical clinic. While we’re still finalizing our plans, our goal is to have at least 1 primary care provider, 1 mental health provider, and 1 nurse on site – 5 days a week.
With our new clinic, we’ll be able to provide even more convenient access to many types of medical care, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) – the practice of using medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to help patients sustain recovery. In addition to Marvel Way residents, we’ll offer outpatient services to all Empowerment Center graduates and, perhaps one day, to the broader community.
