The affordable housing crisis has made it nearly impossible for individuals to take the next step in their recovery: safe, long term housing.

Marvel Way is committed to removing barriers to housing for individuals in recovery from Substance Use Disorder.

To quality to live at Marvel Way, you should:

  • Be committed to maintaining your sobriety
  • Have completed a substance abuse treatment program
  • Financially qualify
  • Fill out an application

Marvel Way’s sliding scale apartments are designed to provide affordable sober living for community members at 30-50% AMI (Area Median Income) They’re also designed to be permanent homes. As our residents grow in their recoveries and work towards raising their incomes, we hope they’ll choose to continue to be a part of our community.

Located in Reno, Nevada, the Marvel Way Complex combines the resources and drive of The Empowerment Center with grants and donations for affordable housing. We’ve come together to provide a safe and sober living opportunity for recovering adults and their families. A Nevada First.
